Quality - A way of life
Quality processes are embedded through the entire life cycle of each
project, from conception to the various stages of execution. MIT
has defined and implemented a Quality Management System which is based
on the Practices. The Quality Management System is implemented in each
one of our projects and support groups. A Software Quality Assurance
Group dedicated and independent to the project team guides them towards
process adherence and improvements. We believe in quality through
teamwork.
Quality an ongoing journey
Our processes and methodologies are constantly monitored by the
Software Engineering Process Group and upgraded for capability
maturity. A Pro-active Software Quality Assurance Group and a rigorous
system of internal quality audits support this process.
